The overall average is 97% capacity. It must be remembered that capacity is one matter in terms of number of beds. It is not that simple, however, because families arrive with particular configurations and have to be accommodated. Getting to 100% capacity is quite difficult in a centre. As we expand the number of centres under the tender, hopefully, we can reduce this pressure somewhat. That it is the objective of the exercise.
