I would be very surprised if that was the case. I respect the confidentiality of the Deputy's communications, but if there is a case that she wants to draw our attention to, I would be happy to look at it. With regard to the applications that have been received, nine have been paid and two offers are outstanding. Ten have been deemed not eligible. There has been back-and-forth with the applicants to deem some to be eligible and others not. In other cases, additional information is required and that is covered by the data-sharing agreement. We hope with that in place that we can move quickly to payments.
