Ms Morgan's response does not address the question. My question started when her response ended. I am speaking specifically about cases which the commission has concluded fairly in accordance with the legislation. I know that the commission has identified breaches. In the context of all those cases the commission fairly and transparently investigated, there was no case in respect of which the commission deemed it necessary to impose a fine. How many of those cases met the threshold for a fine and were fines discussed in that context? As I said, we see the imposition of a fine as an effective remedy.
