As the Deputy said, I was not there at the time. We only had sight of the submission the Deputy refers to late last night. I do not have a copy here. I think it was tweeted somewhere. Dr. Henry and Dr. Doherty have set out the programme's perspective. We are not focusing on the timing. To be blunt, my focus is on restoring the programme's credibility, finding capacity to deal with the backlog and resolving the many issues in front of us.
