I have measured the time for all the other speakers to prove my point. You can measure my time as well, Chairman. I insist on taking adequate time to deal with the subject. I am trying to do that. With the exception of this morning I have been here every morning at the start of the meeting and I have stayed right through to the end, which is more than can be said for many people. I do not simply make a sound bite and then walk out.
