As I said, we cannot answer that question for the Deputy in the sense that, first, we were not there at the time and, second, that is something the Department can probably address in terms of that issue. All we can do is try to explain the context for it at the time, the break-out in terms of the pressure on the programme, and how the figure of 90,000 splits between out-of-cycle cases and women re-engaging with the programme. The Deputy will appreciate that we are trying to look at how to resolve it going forward. In terms of the retrospective piece, I do not believe we can add any more to that.
