That brings us back to the point about the special purpose vehicle we require under the contract, that this is a stand-alone, ring-fenced company and that it allows full traceability and transparency with regard to all the money that goes in from the State and from the private sector, as well as with regard to everything that is spent. That is one of the critical parts of the contract.
