Returning to the contract, which is for 25 years, earlier this morning it was noted that the company has not been formed yet, which is normal enough. It will be an Irish-domiciled company subject to Irish corporate rules. The Comptroller and Auditor General referenced that the value in this new company obviously will be the State contract.
We definitely are protected as to the sell-off of that company. It has been mentioned that it is very sensitive and one cannot list out the people who are totally unsuitable, but I assume there are very strict rules there.
