Mr. Fergal Mulligan:
We will punish our company if it does not meet the requirements but it will have this backed off with the regulated company, which is Eircom. In the event of a storm, Eircom would be required under regulation to fix the copper cable in any event. If there is no copper and only fibre, our contract will require all of that standard fibre to be fixed.
