It is aforce majeureso one cannot be held accountable. Obviously the contract is going to build in force majeure measures not to meet the milestone. It has been mentioned that two storms have resulted in Eir not having its 300,000 premises done by last Christmas. I can only take it that if that is what happens in the industry then that will happen with this contract. A couple of bad storms will result in everything being moved out.
