I spoke to several young graduates employed in Tusla and my understanding is many of them are employed by agencies. There is rolling recruitment for Tusla. If the Deputy goes onto its website he will see it is always looking for social workers. I presume when it has sufficient numbers it holds interview panels. Then it gives out expressions of interest.
