We have looked for volunteers in the office so that if anyone calls, we would have a list of people we can call on. In the course of that, we became aware that there are quite a few people who do this but who do not want to be put on a formal list to do so. We are aware that there are people who are quite happy to deal with calls coming in as Gaeilge. We have work to do to build up confidence because, as the Senator can see, we have people who are willing to try to use the cúpla focal but who feel that if they are on a list, a certain standard will be expected of them. There is a happy medium. We will try to work towards that.
