At the time, Professor Honohan said there were cases where the Central Bank was given false or misleading information by regulated entities or individuals in regulated entities, often in the form of information designed to cover serious shortcomings or inadequacy. Has that happened during Professor Lane's tenure? Has false or misleading information been given or has that stopped?
