There is an approach to these where there is an information sheet on the front of the document that should have all the relevant information but, unfortunately, sometimes that is not written out as clearly as it could or should be. That has been a feature that we have seen in the legals, as I call it, of the tracker mortgage examination and is probably somewhat more widespread than the tracker issue where not everything was crystal clear.
