I welcome the delegation and I wish Professor Lane the best of luck in his new appointment. Has the Central Bank done any work on the price of houses? We have recently seen a decline in house prices in Dublin. Has the Central Bank done any work on the cost of building a house? Some builders state that it is not profitable to build houses at the prices they are getting outside Dublin.
