I move amendment No. 11:

In page 30, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following: “(2)(a) The Minister may, at his/her discretion, grant or refuse to grant a licence for the purpose of the export of a greyhound to a country which is included on the current version of the white list on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the licence.

(b) The Minister may make regulations prescribing all aspects of the licence application process.”.
