Partly. Judges we interviewed said they were unclear what their colleagues were doing. More reporting from the media and more research would help that. When we talked to participants in our proceedings and we told them how proceedings were running in other parts of the country, they were disbelieving. However, it was very clear that was just down to the fact that the people who were doing this are very busy. There is not a significant amount of reporting on this. The more transparency we can bring to the area, the more we can help decision makers, the more we can help participants in the proceedings and the more we can have a degree of consistency.
