The problem is that whatever has happened with the national children's hospital has happened. If possible, we must find a way to drive down costs, while delivering the project in a timely manner. I want to have confidence that he believes that in the course of developing a budget for 2019, if a Secretary General knows that there is a potential overspend of €191 million on another project, he should be aware of it.
