There is an issue which we have to look at. Normally, we agree a price, that price is the price, and that is it. If a school is going to cost €15 million or €20 million, the Department has to manage that within its envelope. This is different because of the scale and because we had this, if not unique, then different type of process, and it may have implications for how we look at this in the future, absolutely.
