I have no argument with the principle of what is being proposed but some communities are being significantly affected by it. For example, the plan of Newtownmountkennedy, which has experienced significant growth, is not fit for purpose. It is the same in the case of the plan for Wicklow and Rathnew. Newtownmountkennedy is more significant because it has not had a plan for 14 years.
