Is there clarity on the auctions? Will it be a matter of the most economically advantageous? Will there be separate auctions for nascent technologies? Will the difference between offshore and onshore wind energy generation be considered? If we go for the lowest common denominator, we are just dealing with onshore wind. Is there any mechanism that will ensure an array or spread of technologies? How do the delegates hope to get around that?
