In fairness, the council has supported us. It was not easy for its members. There was a split down the middle between different parties, many of whom are represented here today. That is a fact of life. That is local politics. It is the nature of the democratic system at local level. We have to go through that. The Part 8 system is a critically important part of that negotiation.
