Again, this is part of the hard sell to convince us that we are turning a corner on the housing crisis. Some €100 million is being made available over three years as part of this, but in 2019 there will be no delivery whatsoever. There is no target and there will be no delivery. There is a pilot project in Dún Laoghaire consisting of a cost rental scheme for affordable rent systems. Is Mr. McCarthy familiar with that one?
