Has the Secretary General's frustration with non-delivery manifested itself in the Department having communications with local authorities, either the representative body or individually? If they are responsible for the failure to deliver Traveller accommodation, what communication takes place between the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and the local authorities on this issue?
