Separate from the Oireachtas committee, was the association invited in by the Department? Did its members provide feedback on the rising housing crisis? I take Galway for example where no construction of any social house took place from 2010 onwards. I am sure it is the same in other local authorities. Was that fed back through the association, namely the rising crisis that was going to be created?
