We will leave it for a second because I do not want to take up too much time. I want to ask about interruptions in the supply chain. When Private Members' Bills come through the Oireachtas, they sometimes create uncertainty. I refer to things like the Anti-Evictions Bill 2018. As we saw to some extent with the review of Rebuilding Ireland a few years ago and the changes in rules in respect of apartments, any uncertainty in the market halts the market temporarily. Does the uncertainty around the Anti-Evictions Bill present real risks to supply in terms of landlords pulling back from the system because of the uncertainty created in these Houses?
