We are very clear in Rebuilding Ireland that if a house is added to a local authority stock, be it built on local authority land or through commissioning a private developer who has land in a place where the local authority does not, it is still an addition to the local authority stock. We have been very clear from the outset in Rebuilding Ireland that these multiple strands of delivery are all part of the equation.
