I get the point and I understand the underlying criticism that if we go with a turnkey property, it would not be a direct build. The focus is on direct builds but the number of homes we provide is what counts at the end of the day. Regeneration is not simply a process of rebuilding houses.

It is a revitalisation of those communities, which is far more than just restoration or rebuilding houses.
