I seek guidance on the following. Is there a legislative angle or current legislation that permits the Comptroller and Auditor General to play a role in considering the accounts of Irish Water? Obviously, there is a huge amount of money involved. There are lot of rumours that many millions of euro of our money go into Irish Water which certainly is doing excellent work. In the Secretary General's view, what might have to happen if it were allowed?
