It will be a challenge and will take considerable time. I would be loath to put years on it because it will always be brought up that I said we will have a substantial amount of the list diminished in five or six years.

From our perspective, and from the perspective of numbers still joining the list, households that are still forming and the young population we have, I suspect it is still going to take at least five or six years to eat further into the demand that we see.
