Sorry, Deputy, I should have made it clear. We do an annual social housing needs assessment study which looks at the numbers on the social housing lists at any point. We do that once a year. It used to be done once every three years but now we do it once every year. The 71,858 is the number of households on the 31 local authorities' housing lists at that time.
