My housing colleagues are with me. Priory Hall was done in a number of phases. Blocks 1 to 8 were done initially and we then moved on to the remaining blocks. That accounted for a significant part of the difference between the two figures. The earlier phase of Priory Hall was a difficult one, with a great deal of learning around fire safety, pyrite and other issues. It was useful learning, though. When it came to phase 2, and going by memory, the unit cost was quite a bit lower.
