I will start on Irish Water, the figure of €292 million, the significant staffing levels and the significant transfer of capital assets, which ran to somewhere in the region of €11 billion. I am reading from the end of page 19 of the appropriation accounts. I have asked several times about the audit falling under the remit of the Comptroller and Auditor General. When Irish Water was set up, the intention was different from what it is now. What is the current position in that regard?
