I will come in now myself because I have to leave. I am sorry about that. I thank the witnesses. We have done our best to read ourselves up to date on this very complicated but important subject. We all know aspiring parents, people who wish to have children but cannot, for all the reasons we have gone into before. Most important is that we are assured as to the legal foundations on which the legislation is to be built, and the extent of the legislation. Are the witnesses satisfied that we can establish best practice or be in line with best practice elsewhere, and that we can be reasonably assured that the legal challenges will not turn the legislation on its head?
