We have one vacancy at the moment. I touched on that in the material. As referred to earlier, we have engaged in a significant recruitment programme in recent years. The current vacancy is a senior position. I have taken the view that it is more important to let some of the more senior people recruited lately bed in first, find their feet and allow that process to complete before we fill this position. That is because we are a fast-evolving organisation and we work in a fast-moving environment. How we go about designing a job description will depend, to some extent, on how things pan out. I think it is a more sensible approach rather than filling the position now and perhaps getting it wrong in respect of necessary specifications and qualifications. Sometimes less haste is better.
