Mr. David McGill:

Yes. We interpret the search warrant as stipulating that once a device is lawfully accessible from a device on the premises, then we have the authority to search it. That is the case even if that device is outside of the State. We have interpreted that as being lawfully accessible because the device or the people using the device are on-site in the State. The current search powers allow us to do that. We are just ameliorating that slightly.
