I am talking about engineers being trained. For example, the Construction Industry Federation, CIF, has put together a process whereby a number of employers can come together and employ an apprentice. We have a difficulty with employers coming forward to sign up for apprentices for four years. The information is all on the apprenticeship.ie website. To young people listening in, there is a set of opportunities for people who might like to look at apprenticeships. I ask them to look at careersportal.ie and apprenticeship.ie.
