Yes, it is outrageous. I have nothing to add other than to express my disgust at what we have seen in respect of this legislation. We are regularly criticised by the Government for not agreeing to certain amendments to legislation but here we have the Government technically blocking genuine Bills that do not fall within the remit of the constitutional article. Perhaps a legal challenge to that practice is required.
