I refer to establishing what was known, when it was known and by whom and to the reporting of relevant information from the project team to the relevant oversight and governance bodies. That goes to the heart of what Deputy Jonathan O'Brien was asking about. Which entity knew? Was it the design team? Was it Linesight? Was it the executives within the development board? Was it a committee of the board? Was it the board? How was it escalated?
