The health committee discussed at length how we pay and replenish equipment, as well as staff costs and other things. We all know what will happen.

The costs of the project went up by 46% but the contingency went up by only 31%. Is there a reason for that or is it just to try to make things look cheaper? Is the contingency fit for purpose, given the size of this project?
