I am not overly comfortable about the situation but we will leave it at that. The Government contracts committee approved the change of contract type to a two-stage contract. Do we have minutes from that meeting? I understand there was a derogation for this process to be allowed. The two-stage process has led to an escalation of prices in other jurisdictions. When the Government contracts committee allowed this process to happen, did it ask any questions about this novel way of dong things or about the risks associated with it?
