I will make it a little bit clearer. Perhaps Mr. Costello does not understand. He says that he is testing to ensure that none of the companies is going to go bust so that we are not left with a half a hospital out of the ground. I asked when he last tested that and he told me that it was a year ago. I would argue that liquidity can change very quickly. We just need to look back to ten years ago in this country to see that. Mr. Costello obviously used certain ways to test the robustness of the companies. Two of them went into liquidation early on in the project. Are the same mechanisms being used to test the liquidity of the company that is now in charge? I do not think that is a difficult question.
