I hear what the Deputy is saying. Obviously in formulating a board one has to come to a decision as to what the necessary competencies are. The framing of this board, which goes back to 2013, was based on the skills required to deliver the biggest construction project to be undertaken in the public sector, in light of the experience of the Mater site which did not get through the planning process. As Dr. Curtis has explained, detailed engagement processes were put in place with the client, the children's hospital group, but the expertise identified for the board were those required to deliver a major construction project - to get it through the planning process properly and to get it designed, procured and so on.
