Mr. Costello probably does not have it but I would like to know the date the finance subcommittee first discussed the escalating cost. Since 10 a.m. today we have gone from late August 2018 to June 2018 to a time before the executive board became aware in 2018. I would like to know when the escalating costs were first brought to the attention of either the subcommittee or the executive board. It is important. For me it is very relevant information that, I would argue, under the legislation should have been passed on to the Minister in a very timely and an appropriate manner but it was not. Will Mr. Breslin tell me when the Minister become aware of it?

The Department became aware of it at the end of August - not of the extent of it, but that there was an emerging issue. The Minister was advised at the same time.
