It is absolutely a fair question. The Deputy has to understand the workings of the organisation in terms of a finance subcommittee and the board itself, the reporting structure upwards and being able to interrogate information before repeating it. The Deputy will appreciate that as soon as information is received from the professionals or the executive team we do not immediately rush off and state we have a problem. It is very important to remember that, at the same time, we were progressing with the contractors the definition of the determination of a guaranteed maximum price. The last thing in the world we wanted to do was to spread information that it was at a particular cost but we were not too sure where it was going and that it might go to a particular figure.
