The legislation states the membership of the board shall consist of 13 persons. The chairperson is appointed by the Minister, we know who that is, and 12 ordinary members are appointed by the Minister, three of whom are appointed to represent the interests of the general public and three others are appointed on the nomination of the chairperson and perhaps the chairperson will tell me who these three are.
