I want to explain one of these in order that people can understand it. The roof of the wards block is curved. There is a plant room in behind that. When the quantity surveyor was taking off the quantities - he is a mechanical and electrical surveyor - he understood there was a roof over that. In fact, it is an external plant. Given that fact, he did not include the aluminium cladding that is required to wrap duct work that is external. Given the scale of the job, that was nearly €4 million of an omission. We have gone through, line by line, every issue like that to understand how this happened. I am saying this so that the committee understands it. That was one particular example to give some understanding to it.
