Mr. Costello can explain all of that to the Chairman on his time, but will he please tell me the point he is leading to? What changed? The members of the board were appointed as experts. They have repeatedly told us and the Joint Committee on Health about their backgrounds and how they are the experts. They were employed and I gather their money went up during this period. The money for Mr. Costello or Mr. Pollock went up. Is that right?
