The vast majority are from the private sector, which supposedly is very good, more efficient and cost effective and the public service is dreadful. That is the message form all of this. The public service decided that it was not able for this project, that it was too complex and should be given to the experts. It set up a board and set itself the job of monitoring the project under the public spending code, with which the board is supposed to comply . All of the details are set out. I do not have the time to question the witnesses about all of these issues. They should be telling us which parts of the public spending code they did not comply with, why they did not do so and what they have learned. Instead, they are telling us that this is a marvellous project and so on, which is a waste of our time because we already know that. We all want a new children's hospital, but we want to know how the overrun occurred? The Department has been left to pick up the pieces. As I said, this is the private sector working for the public sector. Do the witnesses disagree with anything I have said?
