My background is in construction. I have spent all of my career in it. Mr. Tom Bouchier-Hayes' background is in legal services. Mr. John Cole's background is in architecture. Previously he was head of Health Estates in Northern Ireland and brings a lot of experience. Mr. Brian Fitzgerald was previously CEO of St. James's Hospital.
